The app
The Vyra app.
Smart, simple food and calorie tracking. Take a photo of your meal, scan a barcode, or just say what you ate. Vyra recognizes the food, counts your numbers, and shows what’s left in your day. No searching, no weighing, no math.
Which Vyra is this?
Several products share the name Vyra: a video editor, an image generator, a game, a tool for creators. They are not related to us. This page is about the food and calorie tracking app made by Vyra Health, Inc. On the App Store it is listed as Vyra: Smart Nutrition AI; on Google Play it is Vyra: AI Calorie Tracker. Inside the app you will see the Vyra AI wordmark at the top of the screen, which is why some people call it Vyra AI.
What Vyra does
- Photo, barcode, or plain language. Point the camera at your plate, scan a packaged food, or type “oats 50g with berries”. Vyra does the rest.
- Counts your numbers: calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar and sodium, with anything Vyra had to estimate marked as an estimate. Tap to adjust; Vyra learns your usual portions over time.
- Shows what’s left in your day. Set a goal (lose, maintain or gain) and Vyra shapes your daily targets around it. Your everyday movement counts too.
- Keeps your food beside your weight and your steps, as real points over time, so you can see what’s actually working. Momentum is a simple weekly read of how consistently you showed up.
- Fits the way you eat: an eating window for intermittent fasting, and high-protein, keto or lower-carb approaches that reshape the numbers Vyra suggests.
- Quiet reminders at a good moment to add a meal or some water. Honest, never gamified: no confetti, no shame.
- Works with Apple Health and Health Connect. Steps, energy burned and body weight can be read in, and what you track in Vyra can be written back to your health platform. A weight Vyra imports is saved to your account as a weigh-in you can see and delete. You choose what to share.
- Offline-first. Add anything anywhere; it syncs when you are back online.
Vyra is your AI health copilot. It is informational, not medical advice: it stores, structures and trends your data, and it does not diagnose, prescribe, or interpret medically.
